This service is led by experienced Schneider Electric Customer Success and Onboarding Managers, acting as the primary contact for the customer, and using various communication channels. Throughout the four-week duration, the Customer Success guides customers through typical onboarding activities remotely, allowing flexibility in tailoring interactions to specific challenges. At the end of the onboarding period, a comprehensive review of objectives is conducted and a project summary is delivered to the customer. The package includes kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, remote training sessions, and a final review meeting to ensure successful onboarding.
